SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - PRE-DISPUTE CONTACT & CHARGEBACKS

Before filing a chargeback or other payment dispute, you agree to first contact us at: carea.official.store@gmail.com and allow us up to 10 business days to resolve the issue as per our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - USER CONTENT & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Carea a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content in any media for marketing and other lawful purposes.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carea's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, products, or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

SECTION 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and Carea hereby waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
