Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (50 states and DC).
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (business days), excluding U.S. holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Times
Standard Shipping: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery is 7–16 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside of our control (see section Delays Outside Our Control).
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order's progress to your doorstep. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Proof of Delivery & After-Delivery Issues
The carrier’s delivery scan is considered the final confirmation of delivery to the address you provided. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, any loss or theft that occurs after delivery is not our responsibility. If you cannot locate your delivered package, please contact us at: carea.official.store@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we will do our best to assist you.
Delays Outside Our Control
Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays, customs inspections, adverse weather, and carrier-specific disruptions. We are not liable for shipping delays that are outside of our reasonable control.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause significant delays or non-delivery, for which we are not responsible.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Damaged during shipping: Please email us at: carea.official.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost in transit: If your order tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive business days, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
