What is included?

The Calm Bath Set includes one SoftBath cushion and one free Carea Baby Bathing Digital Guide. The Double Comfort Set includes two cushions and two free guides. A bathtub and printed book are not included.

Which colours can I choose?

SoftBath comes in Blue and Pink. The two-cushion offer lets you choose the colour of each cushion.

How much does it cost?

One cushion is $44.99. The two-cushion offer is $79.99. Free shipping and 30-day returns apply.

Where do you ship?

Free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery takes 7–10 days.

Will it fit my baby tub?

The cushion body is approximately 51 × 31 cm according to the supplier diagram. Tub shape and attachment points matter as well as size. Contact us with your tub details before ordering if you are unsure about compatibility.

Is the guide a physical book?

No. It is a digital PDF included with your purchase. Digital delivery is provided separately from the physical shipment.

How do returns work?

Request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your SoftBath. No reason required. Please read our return policy for return shipping and the request process.

What should I know before use?

Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Keep baby within reach and provide the head and body support they need. SoftBath is a bath-time cushion, not an anti-drowning device.
